Стороны дожидаются даты исполнения контракта, биржа фиксирует рыночную стоимость на конец дня, покупатель перечисляет средства владельцу ава трейд брокер актива исходя из определенной рыночной стоимости. Если рыночная цена выше, определенной в соглашение о фьючерсе, то владелец получит дополнительную прибыль. Покупатель соглашается купить конкретный актив в заранее установленную дату по заранее установленной цене. Рынок ценных бумаг при грамотных инвестициях и верной стратегии позволяет получать значительную прибыль даже в периоды кризиса.
По условиям договора, контрагент А обязуется приобрести евро по фиксированной цене на определенную дату в будущем. Контрагент Б, в свою очередь, обязуется эту валюту продать. Таким образом, обе стороны застраховались от изменения курса. Внебиржевой дериватив – это индивидуальный контракт, который заключается между двумя сторонами с минимальным посредничеством. Внебиржевые деривативы и ценные бумаги никогда не торгуются на бирже активов и не имеют стандартных условий или регулирующих органов. Как и другие деривативы, опционные контракты торгуются на биржах — посредниках между покупателями и продавцами.
Однако не все деривативы имеют опцию «отказа» от сделки. Для них «аванс» работает в виде залога и будет использован в сделке. Как и у большинства финансовых инструментов, у деривативов есть свои плюсы и минусы. Основные преимущества деривативов — их рыночная эффективность и доступность во всем мире.
