Product Features:

Red beetroot (Beta vulgaris L.), grown in Anatolian Turkey and harvested seasonally, is used. The active vegetable (red beet) ratio is 60%.
White Chickpeas grown in the Anatolian lands of Turkey are used in Harvest.
No industrial flour (gluten) is used in the product.
Fully cooked.
No chemical additives are used.
No food additives are used for nutritional values. It comes from the essence of the product.
The product is molded into a 12-gram bowl.
The shelf life of the product is ensured using the IQF (quick freezing) technique without the use of preservatives.

Heating Methods

Oven/Air Fryer

Privegi should be heated in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 3-5 minutes before thawing.

Steam

The product should be heated in a bain-marie of boiling water for 3-5 minutes.

Fryer

Take the product from the freezer and heat it in a deep fryer (180 °C for 1-2 minutes) before thawing. Make sure that the Privegi product is completely submerged in oil when frying.

Can be stored in the refrigerator (+4 degrees) for 2 days. Can be stored in the freezer (-18 degrees) until the recommended use-by date.

Do not refreeze after thawing.
