Place the Privegy Patties on a tray, pour the sauce over, garnish with tomatoes and peppers and bake at 160 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
Peel and chop the potatoes, add water and boil. When the potatoes are cooked, mash them, add milk and butter and make a puree.

Cut off the stems of tomatoes and make a plus sign to the bottom. Put the tomatoes in the boiling water, take them out after 2 minutes, and then peel and put them in a blender.
Heat up oil, fry onions, add tomatoes and let them cook. Then add vinegar and garlic and cook your sauce. Add the heated Privegi Veggie Bites and cook until they are blended with the sauce.
Fry the grounded red pepper in butter and pour it over the bites before serving.
- 50 Privegi Vegetable Patties with Carrots 12 gr
- 2 kg tomatoes
- 2 fine chopped onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 10 g vinegar
- 70 g butter (vegan if desired)

Crispy puff pastry with Privegi difference!
Place the pieces of puff pastry dough on the counter for thawing.
Heat up oil and fry the onions, add carrots and fry for a bit longer, then add chickpeas. Cook the vegetables in their own stock. Add water if you like. Add salt, pepper and any spice you want. Let it cool down.
Spread the dough pieces in 15 x 15, place Privegi and vegetable mixture, fold like an envelope. Rub egg yolk on the dough and bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with yoghurt.

Slice thinly tomatoes, lettuce and pickled gherkins and mix. Heat Privegi Veggie Bites for 2 minutes on nonstick pan. First spread the humus sauce in the lavash, then press Privegi veggie bites and distribute them inside. Add the tomato, pickled gherkin and lettuce mix you prepared inside the lavash. Pour your tahini sauce, yogurt sauce, barbeque sauce and wrap.
Heat the wraps for 2 minutes in a sandwich toaster and serve.
